Easy Easy Chicken and Dumplings



 2 to 3 cups cooked chicken                                                                                                                      

 60 ozs chicken broth                                                                                                                                 

21 ozs cream of chicken soup                                                                                                                  

Salt and Pepper to taste                                                                                                                         

1 can carrot coins                                                                                                                                    

1 can sweet peas                                                                                                                                       

1 cup chopped celery                                                                                                                              

1 cup water


Dumplings 

2 cups Self Rising Flour                                                                                                                          

2 eggs, well beaten                                                                                                                                

2/3 cup milk                                                                                                                                             

3 TBSP melted butter

 

In a dutch oven, add the cooked chicken to the chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Add 1 cup water and spoon in dumplings one tablespoon at a time. Boil 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Let simmer 15 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Turn off heat, put lid on and let stand for one hour . Enjoy!
